He could quickly switch from supporting on outside to inside. He continually encouraged and challenged his employees. Throughout the day, his customer service skills was on display, as he interacted directly with me, my wife, my 94 year old mother in law, my dog and cat. The point is he took the time for each of us. He quickly addressed any safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. In conclusion I just say what a blessing to have had such a great team leader and two excellent employees of HCS to install our new system. From arrival until time to leave the worked hard.
