I ordered some new parts for stove that I needed and they came in and I was notified promptly . It was delivered in a timely manner and was in my possession just as promised. We got a great deal, and the guys were all super helpful, generous, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Phillips for anybody looking for good deals on used appliances. Our stuff works perfectly and they really helped us out. Edit: I think our stove had German roaches in it, which led to an infestation in the house. So look out for that.
