I am so impressed with R&R Heating and Air. Heat stopped working during an ice storm and Ryan contacted me as soon as he received my message, this was a Sunday. I wasn't expecting a quick turn around and am so pleased with the customer service. Ryan reviewed the systems fixed the areas that were issues and has the heat working. I love the fact that he stayed a bit longer to explain to me the type of unit I have and how it operates. This is the first that I have heard of, one unit housing the AC and Heat. This made perfect sense and knowing the information has given me a peace of mind on my unit. Thank you Ryan and team for an amazing service. My go to HVAC friends.

When I called it was after hours and in less than 30 min received a call back. The technician was able to come the next day and helped us with the problem. The technician was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what the issue was. We will definitely be using R&R from now on! Highly recommend!

I do NOT recommend this company, wish I could give them negative stars!! My unit quit working, it would come on but not blow any air out. Shane came out for a service call. He replaced the capacitor, and then proceeded to tell me I needed a new unit and quoted me an outrageous price. I had another company come out and he told me the blower fan motor needed to be replaced. I replaced it and now the unit works perfectly.
