Entire organization is extremely professional, from office staff to service technicians). They have been nothing short of amazing! Prompt, fast service, reasonable pricing, and great folks (Bill, Marc and Alex are exceptionally knowledgeable, and just super, super nice!) I use them for my work office, our homes, AND have referred them numerous times to others. You won't go wrong with this company!
Cullum Electric came out to look at my heat pump after my installer (who was not Cullum) could not fix the unit. In heat mode the temperature would only be 15 degrees warmer so that the air coming out of the registers never reached 90 degrees. Alex with Cullum came out and checked the unit. Adding freon the the unit solved the issue. Alex did note that the line set was longer than 50'. We appreciate dealing with folks that care and know their business.
Air conditioner stopped working (about noon today) with guests coming in tonight. Called Cullum at about 1 pm. Alex was at my door at 2 pm. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made repairs. He’s personable and professional. Repair cost is reasonable and may even be covered under warranty.
Eric was able to troubleshoot some poor wiring practices we’ve lived with for many years. He’s welcome back any time to keep going through the other circuits! Thanks for sending him Wade!
I've used Cullum Electric and HVAC for at least six years for multiple properties, including the installation of two new HVAC units. I have found their team to be extremely professional and the pricing to be more than reasonable given the level of service and support. I tell everyone to call Cullum because they get repairs right the first time and save you money. They did for us.
