I had a very disappointing experience with Holland Jewelers. Before visiting the store, I attempted to contact them by phone to ask a simple question about financing. I left three voicemail messages and never received a return call. When I went to the store in person, I briefly asked about designs and suggestions it was said " you asked about financing" and was met with a poor attitude. I was essentially told they were closing and was not provided any helpful information. Let me explain they closed at 2pm and after leaving I looked at the clock in my car that said 1:48 pm. I highly do not recommend Holland Jewelers due to the lack of customer service. As a result of this experience, they also lost additional business from me, as I had planned to have a new ring made and several other pieces of jewelry repaired. Immediately after leaving, I went to Palazzo Jewelers and had a completely different experience. I was warmly welcomed and helped by Alexandria, whose customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend her and will continue to give Palazzo Jewelers my business, especially since I expect to be spending significantly more than the $5,000 ring I originally went to Holland Jewelers to purchase. I want to be clear that financing was not due to a lack of funds; I only needed time to move money from my savings account.
