Chardon Limited Fine Jewelry

Had a ring sized by Donna and it was not sized correctly so Charlie resized it -- still not correct. He said to bring it back again and he would make it right. Went back today and we were made to feel very uncomfortable by both Donna and Charlie right in front of other customers -- it was evident Charlie was angry with us and he would not make it right after he had told us he would!-- He wanted to recharge us to resize it - even after we said, "but it was never done correctly" -- Angry response from Charlie = " I know, but I have to pay other people to do this and I'm not going to pay for it again!" And we have recently given him a large amount of money for various repairs! So - he, himself, does not do the repairs as we were told he did the repairs, someone else does! -- (Just to let you know) - And then he got all angry with us, and, most importantly, allowed us to leave the store unhappy. We are so hurt by the way we were treated today and have never had a problem with Charlie before -- Donna is another story!

I was glad to meet the owners and the wonderful shop on the beautiful circle in Georgetown Delaware. As I attended Sussex Central High School. I was delighted to hear about the success of local folks I knew or graduated with. They are full service polite and very friendly people.
