Called this morning for repair to our dryer. Spoke to Paula who was so kind and got us a repairman today. So glad since we just got back from vacation and had a pile of laundry to do. Young man named “J” entered our home in the most dignified manner. Shook our hands and introduced himself. Went straight to the appliance, which was the dryer and immediately saw the problem. It was solved in less than 10 minutes. If and whenever we need a repair person again, I will personally ask for “J” and if anyone asked me who I would recommend it would be Ed Wright appliance repair. Thank you Paula and “J”!! I would highly recommend using Ed Wright Appliance and Repair. Dealing with them was easy. They were friendly, knowledgeable and punctual. Travis, our technician, was great. He diagnosed our dishwasher issue quickly, provided a quote to repair on the spot. They are truly a customer focused service company.

Called Ed Wright for repair of our refrigerator. I got an appointment very quickly and our service man Jay arrived on schedule. He quickly diagnosed the problem and also explained their fees. He had to order the part and said the office would call and reschedule an appointment as soon as the part came in. Next day got a call from the office to schedule the follow-up up appointment in two days...we got a call from Jay on our service day early in the morning to give us the time of his arrival. We had a refrigerator break down and called several appliance repair companies. Ed Wright’s was the only company that offered same day emergency services. We spoke with Tina who was very helpful and courteous. Travis, our technician, arrived at our home on the same morning. He performed a full inspection and identified the problem. He ordered the necessary parts and scheduled the repair for the next business day. Travis was also very courteous and explained everything he was doing. We were extremely pleased with Ed Wright’s Appliance and all of their personnel.
