John came to my home today to repair a 27 year old grandfather clock. It had not worked properly for 10 years. We had never had it serviced and it had made several moves across the country. John was on time, and quickly serviced the clock which is as good as new now. I even learned that my clock has moon phases above the clock face. I also learned that the weights have specific positions left, center, and right, which are indicated on the bottom of the weights. He was very helpful!
