most rude inconsiderate business person I have ever met. All I wanted was a battery changed in my watched Went on Mon. 3/2/26 Closed. I called because wed site says open. Female answered the phone says we are closed I explained my situation and she said no web site does not say that OK. Still says it. I go back on Tuesday 3/3/26 Great. They are open I walk in about 1:30 in the afternoon. She says sorry we are closing can't help you. Really? Unbelievable. Never going back again.

I had a disappointing experience at this jewelry store. I tell the saleman what I was looking for, and he brings out a catalog to help me look for ring enhancers. The man starts to criticizing the design of a jewelry catalog. He said he doesn't understand why non-jewelers make jewelry catalogs. I didn't think too much of it at first. Trying to relate to him, I mention how as a mechanic, it can be stressful when engineers (non-mechanics) design cars, not knowing that their designs sometimes make it more difficult to work on vehicles. Trying to make a light-hearted conversation. The conversation quickly pivoted. He made unsolicited, unprofessional, and inappropriate comments regarding his political views, specifically mentioning his negative opinions about DEI. He stated how DEI will hire anyone, and that DEI has ruined many businesses. ​ I came in to shop for jewelry, not to engage in or listen to political commentary. His comments were unprofessional and made me incredibly uncomfortable. That comment was uncalled for. As a Hispanic + Indian woman in a White male-dominated field (auto mechanic), hearing him make those comments about DEI made me uncomfortable.
