After years of good service, yesterday he completely lost my confidence. Publicized to open at 10 AM, one was there at noon. I’m travelling tomorrow badly needed watch band. He had absolutely nothing close/acceptable to fit my watch. He had about four ugly ones and said “come back in a few weeks after the delivery of new bands.”

Been to several other repair places and could not get my watch. Repaired one person suggested this place my watch was repaired in 10 minutes less than 10 minutes for $10. I am so pleased with their service.

I took my watch to him to just have it demagnetized. I didn't want to send back to the manufacturer because it would take a month when demagnetized is pretty simple and quick. He told me my watch did NOT need to be demagnetized, but it was fast due to water damage. He wanted to charge me $300 for this. I then sent it back to Longines...where they said there was no water damage (water damage is not included in warranty) and they just had to demagnetize it for me....for free....this guy is a crook.

I don’t know if they’ve learned their lesson from the bad reviews, but I took my watch in here last week to get the battery fixed and had a perfectly fine experience. They told me it would be 15 minutes (they appeared to have some other watches they were working on at the same time); after wandering the store a bit, I came back a minute or two early to find that it was ready and working fine. The price was reasonable and the people behind the counter were perfectly pleasant. No, it’s not going to exactly make your day, but it went as smoothly as this can go, in my experience. Can’t complain about this place at all.
