Welcoming atmosphere with direct, clear and professional communication. My car was taken in per scheduled appointment time. Added bonus is their Digital Vehicle Inspection which alerts you to any findings requiring present or future attention. Overall, excellent customer service.
I was looking for a new repair shop, and the team at Tenleytown Automotive did an excellent job. They took their time, listened carefully to all my concerns, and answered each of them thoroughly. They performed a detailed analysis of my car’s condition, and then we sat down to discuss what needed immediate attention and what could be postponed. I’m really satisfied with their service.
Fast, efficient, and honest are the best words to describe my experience with Tenleytown Automotive. They repaired an issue that I was left with following a mistake made by another mechanic (not associated with TA). The team explained the problem, offered solutions, and was very clear and upfront about pricing and service time. I was pleased with my interactions with the staff and I am very pleased that the repair was taken care of with no lingering problems. I highly recommend Tenleytown Automotive.
My car needed a lot of work and Mike was very transparent and honest about what needed to be done vs what can wait. I’ve brought my car here a couple times and they never push unnecessary work and gave me an incredible deal. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their work. Great people doing great work at a fair price! Highly recommend and won’t be going elsewhere in the future.
My car broke down and Tenleytown Auto was the closest repair shop so I had it towed there. Ultimately the repairs were not worth it, given the ago and condition of my vehicle, so I had to get rid of it. But over the course of two to three days, Phil and was extremely patient with me as I arranged for the car to be picked up. He was honest and generous, even though he ultimately got no business from me, other than the initial diagnostic fee, which I'm sure did not cover all the time he spent documenting the dozens of issues my car had. I was very impressed. Next time I have a problem with a car, I am going to take it there.
