My 20 year old dvd/vcr unit was dead so I headed to High Point Electronics. Entering the business I was promptly and politely greeted by the owner. Explaining my situation, he said he would check it out and call me in a few days. Very next day the owner called to say the problem was diagnosed and told me what the repair would cost. Picked up my repaired unit the following day and it has been working as it 20 years ago right out of the box. Great service and I highly recommend.
I came into the shop just recently with my small laptop because I tried a passkey that was more trouble that it was worth locked me out of my PC it had to be wiped clean but honestly nothing was destroyed I only use it for podcasts but High Point Elec. Did a good job they have my business for the future fast efficient not unreasonable about pricing the shop has much to offer to give them a try Thank You!
I had a terrible experience the man here was not interested in tending to his customer he was to busy on his computer looking at new shoes and and phones. So I’m basically standing there trying to figure out what’s going on with my laptop that I let him work on about a week ago for the same issue and today he is trying to charge me another 170 to fix the same issue instead of looking to see if he could’ve missed a step while attempting to fix what he claim he fixed last time. TO ME HE FIXED IT ENOUGH FOR ME TO HAVE TO BRING IT BACK. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
