I called first thing this morning and got a live person, that alone is impressive. They were able to offer same day service. Within 2 hours I had a technician at my house. He was very nice and honest. He let me know upfront that he was not familiar with the model refrigerator I have. I was super impressed with his honesty most people now a days would take your money throw bandaids on your problem then when it didn't work tell you how it's your fault. I will definitely call them for other appliance repairs.

So, yesterday I was not very happy with Trindale. They worked on my washer on Friday and were supposed to come back yesterday. They missed the date. However, they called this morning and made arrangements to come by today. They did. I am happy with the service provided. I would recommend them.
