The best place to get your used appliances for a reasonable price. They will also work on your appliances
So, yesterday I was not very happy with Trindale. They worked on my washer on Friday and were supposed to come back yesterday. They missed the date. However, they called this morning and made arrangements to come by today. They did. I am happy with the service provided. I would recommend them.
Very upset with the service I received here. I called needing my dishwasher repaired. The guy who answered said he'd be by the next morning.. He did show up. He pushed a button and the dishwasher started. He said there was no problem. A few seconds later, it stopped and lights started flashing. He then said I needed a new computer system for it. The night before I had taken my stove door apart to clean it and could not get it back together. He looked at it...did not touch it.. and said he could not fix it. He charged me $75 and told me he could put a new computer system in my dishwasher for $300...but could not guarantee it would work. Huh??? So a friend told me his father had taken appliances to a shop in High Point and he would call them.. He called and explained the stove door problem. The guy told him he would come to the house for $55 and it would cost about $25 to put it back together. My friend came over and we loaded it and took it to this shop...which was Trindale Appliances. Needless to say...we did not leave it there. So I get charged $75 for a house call and a man calls and is quoted $55. What is that about?? And he's told on the phone that this was an easy fix... But the guy who came to my house tells me it's not possible. NOT VERY HAPPY at all!! Go somewhere else!!
