During ice storm my outside unit on my heat pump froze over, then i was having other issues. From phone call for help to leaving everyone was very respectful, great service. I will absolutely use again if needed and have this company for yearly maintenance. Thank you so much.
I’ve had this company here for a few drain problems. They were very professional and courteous and got the job done right. Yes they charge like everyone else, but I didn’t feel like being ripped off like others. So far I am satisfied with their service.
Super fast service. The guys they sent were very knowledgeable and worked really hard to try and get our issue taken care of. Highly recommend.
When we needed to replace our electric stove, we were pleasantly surprised to find a gas line hook up behind the stove. We called Eashum and Son to come and inspect the line and make sure it was safe to use. They did the inspection the same day that I called. All was good to go and a few days later they installed the gas stove. We had to cancel the original installation date because the new stove hadn't arrived yet but as soon as it arrived I called the office and the office person was very helpful in getting our appointment sooner. They were able to come right out and install the gas stove. Very happy with the service provided by Eashum and Son and price was reasonable. Would highly recommend. Very happy with my new gas stove.
Terrible experience. I used them for two separate, minor projects. Since they charge by the hour, they inflate their time by 3 to 4 hours to milk their price heavily. Always stopping, taking random breaks. Secondly, they cut off my water shut off valves to my bathroom sink and would not replace it without another large hourly rate plus supplies. Never using this service again.
