SERVPRO of Dover/Middletown

I want to give a big Shot out to Josh and Craig. Those men came in with the most professional manner I have ever encountered. They explained everything to me that was going to take place as far as my clean up of the water damage that my home sustained. They handled that job so well and they packed my things up and moved them to a spare bedroom. They started right away drying all my floors, walls and even under my home. They disposed all the ruined stuff. They took pictures and handled giving them to State Farm. I am extremely grateful for them and would recommend Servpro for any clean up.

I had a water leak @6 am Sunday, Servpro sent Joshua Chavez to service our water leak issue by 11 am same day, Joshua is Uber polite, detail oriented, fully attentive to the problem, Joshua's part could not have been a better experience for me and my wife. I still have insurance adjuster to deal with and the finished work by Servpro is not yet complete, but so far,wow, a really bad day not as bad thanks to Joshua, GREAT hire Servpro!
