If I could give zero stars, I would. Be extremely cautious about trusting this business with anything valuable. Customer service and accountability appear to be nonexistent. My friend brought his camera to this store for a repair and paid upfront. We trusted them with expensive, sentimental equipment. What happened next is beyond unprofessional, it feels outright deceptive. We were told the camera was in a back room when the store was broken into and items were stolen. We were informed that his camera was among the stolen items. Later, they called and said some stolen property had been recovered but they “weren’t sure” if his camera was included. That was the last proactive communication we ever received. Since then, we have called nearly every week through January. Multiple voicemails were left for the owner. Each time, the employee answering the phone would say, “I’ve forwarded your message,” yet no one ever returned a single call. No updates. No follow-up. No resolution. Just silence. We paid upfront. They offered zero assistance, zero reimbursement, zero accountability. Any reputable business would have filed an insurance claim and ensured their customer was made whole. Instead, we were ignored. At this point, it feels less like a burglary story and more like an excuse to avoid responsibility. Whether through negligence or intentional disregard, the result is the same: a customer’s property disappeared under their watch, and they chose to ghost us rather than resolve it.
