I had to switch over our account to me after the death of my husband. It involved log in info, new phone stuff and setting up new account info. As an older woman, technology is not my friend. Fernando was absolutely fantastic - patient, compassionate and so helpful. Can't say enough about him. His great customer service is a rarity.
