Martin the owner of M&M Stucco did an outstanding job of power washing and repairing the EIFS stucco on our home. With EIFS stucco it is very important to prevent moisture from getting below the surface of the stucco. When Martin was doing the power washing he identified a number of cracks that required repaired. He took pictures of the cracks and showed us where they were and what was required to fix them. After he finished repairing the cracks he paint painted the surface with color that he had carefully matched to the existing exterior of our house. His attention to detail and carefulness with how he did the work were remarkable. Throughout the multi day project he communicated with us letting us know exactly what he was doing, when he was going to be finished and when he would return to complete the job. He is an honorable man who takes great pride in doing a good job at a reasonable price. I feel very comfortable with giving him a very high recommendation and we will definitely use him again in the future when necessary.
