Mel is genuinely a good guy. As well as the other gentlemen that helped out for a few minutes. Makes sense this place has such good reviews! Very impressed. I went to get a special door latch. Mel was very patient and informative with explaining things. I ended up using them to install it. The gentleman John that came out is also a good guy. He was professional, quick, and clean. Highly recommend this place!
