Heartland Computer

You guys ruined my computer. Your job was to simply fix my my power button crack issue, not mess up my computer's operating system. Now my computer is laggy at times, and has a battery system that runs out in 1 1/2 hours then dies around 30%. Guys, if you ever want to fix your computer, do not come to this shop. These guys are unqualified and aren't worth your money and they'll just make your devices run even worse.

Wonderful experience with Heartland Computer. They're very kind and informed. I had called for a specific item all around town, and they are the only store where they knew exactly what I was talking about and had it on hand. Heartland Computer has been my "go to" for computer related issues for several years. They listen to you to determine problems as well as what info on your hard drive are critical to you to save. I do a lot of photo and document work, and they have saved all my critical data at a very cost effective and reasonable price. Rog is super, and Jayna is so customer service oriented she is easy to work with. I was able to test-drive my upgraded CPU at the shop and Jayna did a remote to make small adjustments once home. You will be satisfied and happy with their work!

They gave me a very fair price for a repair estimate on my damaged laptop, which they counted towards data transfer when we judged the repair to be less cost-effective than a new purchase.
