We had Summit Home Solutions finish our basement, which included a bedroom and bathroom. They did a fantastic job and were easy to work with. We worked with Riley and he had amazing communication. He always kept us up to date on what was going on.
The proposal process didn't cost us anything, which a lot of other contractors we talked with wanted money for that. They also did a great job of working within our budget and getting us what we wanted.
I would recommend them, and will be using them for future projects.
Excellent experience overall! Riley was great at communication throughout the entire process, worked with my specific needs, and most importantly did the work promised in the time promised. All the contractors he brought in were professional, did quality work, and cleaned up after themselves always. I am so happy with my new bathrooms and they will for sure increase the value of my home! I would recommend Summit Homes to anyone looking to update their home and trust that you will be well taken care of!
Full disclosure, I am giving this rating on my experience with Summit home solution's proposal process. Riley came and walked through my unfinished basement with me and LISTENED to my vision of the space, as well as why we had finally considered finishing it. I immediately could tell he saw what i was hoping to do and he made several improvements on my ideas for the space. He left promising a timely proposal. He followed twice making an appointment to share his proposal. He was on time and had a detail visual of our project. Was very open and honest about costs and his selection of product for us.
The project hinged on the usual factors, mostly how the cost fit into our short term plan for living here. We had four companies attempt to do what Riley did, and it wasnt even close. One never contacted us after initial walk through, another wanted $1750 to see the proposal, a third was so hard to contact and schedule we gave up. We have not pulled the trigger, if we do summit will do the work. Professional, knowledgeable, proactive. I highly recommend.
I needed help putting up a new door and door jamb, and Riley and his coworker did a great job! Last minute I asked them to patch a couple cracks in the wall and they were happy too! Great price for a great team with smiles and quick, efficient work! Will definitely be calling Summit again for the next project!
Summit Home Solutions exceeded our expectations! Riley is great to work with, a clear communicator with integrity. We wanted to finish our basement bathroom in stages and had unique measurements to work around. His team was able to customize a solution to make it functional, and it looks great! He has also helped us with other projects, I definitely recommend Riley and Summit.
