He seemed to do a good job servicing my watches and the price wasn't exhorbitant, though part of the cost was to replace a crystal because he said it was chipped. I have the old one and there is no chip. He then said he only takes cash or a credit card. With that he charged me an extra $5 on $20 for a battery and then an extra $46 on $665 for the servicings. I wasn't warned about the extra charges. In fact, I was told again the price was $665 when I got the call that my watches were ready. He said the extra was because I was using a credit card but it seemed high. Since I doubt that most customers walk in to his shop with hundreds of dollars in cash, I guess Delman just decided to screw me out of some extra cash in order for me to get my watches back. Maybe it was because I refused to sell him my 14k watch band. He also made some pretty rude comments about various professions and kinds of people. I think he thought he was funny and seemed quite impressed with himself. He was wrong on both counts.
