I initially rated Cleisiana's company as 5 star. They cleaned well and she was responsive and professional...until she wasn't. I had mentioned a few problems after a new person started cleaning (not changing bedding, leaving the door to my foster cat room open so they got out). She was apologetic and I was understanding. Last week, I came home to a large scratch in my hardwood floor that appears to be from dragging the dining chair across the floor. Unfortunately, my camera was offline that day and I didn't know until I got home and tried to review footage. She immediately said I was accusing her team of nonsense because they "never use anything sharp" and made no effort to come see the scratch or work with me on resolving the issue. Instead she says she's not comfortable sending her team to my house anymore "because you keep accusing my team of nonsense reasons" and will do nothing about the scratch because "there's no proof, so I am not paying for anything." Very disappointed in her ultimate lack of professionalism. Please be careful with this business, all is fine until you have to address an issue that occurs in your home. She will take ZERO accountability, accuse you of mistreating her, then run
