I go through computers faster than a termite goes through floorboards. Brought my busted PC in to Berto and the gang and they were nothing but helpful, respectful, funny, and resourceful. When it failed again due to unforseen issues, they jumped right on that trampoline and did a flip. Now I've got my PC back and it's running as good as ever. If the only complaint you have is "dang, I wish they were still a bit closer to me", then you know that the place is well worth your time and money. Can't recommend them enough!

Really happy with the service here. My PC had a minor issue, and they were able to sort it out quickly because they had it back to me the next day. They figured out it just needed a BIOS update and explained everything when I asked, which I really appreciated. They also mentioned there's a 30-60 day warranty (can’t remember exactly), just in case anything comes up. On top of that, they even helped carry the PC out to my car. Super helpful and easy to deal with. Thank you Berto!
