I came to this Apple Store to buy me another phone, Alex was so rude and unfriendly, he refuse to attend me and my mother, the whole time inside the store he acted with such bad attitude, but in another hand, we had another girl with curly hair that unfortunately I forgot her name. She was so amazing and polite, she was very nice and paciente to talk/assist us so we could finally our purchase.
they do not have enough people working here. They made me wait for 1 hour at the genius bar just to tell me I need to buy a new pen bc I don’t have apple care. They could have told me that when I walked in, also Apple is horrible at helping people if you dont have stupid apple care, the pencil simply stopped charging, and I just have to accept it and buy a new pen bc they suck. i’m just gonna get a stylus. But just beware such a waste of time if you dont have apple care dont bother.
I went to the Apple Store at the shops at Blackstone Valleyto get help with my iPad today and I met with Nathaniel who was extremely patient and helpful and he took me right away, which was really nice of him. He was super friendly. I would recommend this spot for anyone looking to get help with their Apple products! He was also very knowledgeable.
I went to the Apple Store at Blackstone Valley to buy an Apple Watch for my friend as a gift. Jay provided excellent customer service very professional and helpful in showing me different options. The staff was professional overall, and I had a great experience at this store.
Excellent Support from Dominic at the Apple Store – Solomon Pond Mall
I want to give a big thank you to Dominic at the Apple Store in Solomon Pond Mall (Marlborough, MA) for his outstanding service on the evening of October 4th, 2025.
Around 7 PM, I came in with my brother after struggling to access my MacBook. I had attempted a reset and entered recovery mode, but couldn’t remember my password and was completely stuck. Dominic stepped in right away and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
He was incredibly professional, patient, and clear in walking me through the steps to regain access. What really stood out was how calmly he explained everything—not just to fix the issue in the moment, but to help me understand what to do if it ever happened again. His knowledge and demeanor made a frustrating situation feel manageable.
I highly recommend this Apple Store location—and especially Dominic—to anyone in the area. With the busy holiday season approaching, it's reassuring to know there are team members like Dominic who truly care about delivering excellent customer service.
