I cannot say enough good about Matt and Dave. They are the exact experience you look for in a small business. They are straightforward and easy to talk to, with no bologna or sales pitch included. I highly recommend them for any phone issues you have.
Superb service!! Wish I could give them a million stars. I walked in with a non-functional iPhone in a panic because I had to return it as part of a trade-in offer. It stopped working the day I got the new phone. Well…no big deal to them. I left it there for an hour then got a call saying it was back to normal! Genius! It was something to do with the software, way over my head. $49 well spent. Outstanding service! Matt is the best!
I was very impressed with 911 iPhone Repair and I highly recommend them. Dave was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Although my phone was unable to be repaired, Dave did not charge me any fees whatsoever for taking a look at it and trying to repair it. You don't come across that often these days. It's a great local business and we are lucky to have them.
Great place with great service! I have been here many times and they have completely saved my devices. From fixing cracked screens on a busted phone or new devices needing a glass screen protector and case…they do it all. They are always professional, friendly, reasonably priced and very prompt. I’m usually in and out in a short amount of time. Would highly recommend!
I seriously cannot put my gratitude for this exceptional man into words. My phone has kept restarting randomly since last week. I went to Apple’s Corner trying to fix it. They would not even take my phone because it’s brought in Hongkong. But when I walked into 911, this guy told me he’ll get it checked under 30 minutes. I really doubted if he could do anything about my situation(Apple agents told me there’s a logic board issue and I better off just get a new phone), and then dude got the job done like it’s nothing! He switched my battery, and my phone worked completely fine now. STRONGLY STRONGLY recommend anyone to get their phone fixed here at 911❤️🔥
