We had an urgent situation where our range broke down the day before Thanksgiving! Contacted Hamai through the website and decided to walk in. The people at Hamai are very friendly and greet you as you walk in. Unlike the big box stores the sales staff conduct themselves as if they want your business! They know their stuff, and were able to answer any questions we had. Arthur was genuinely interested in meeting our needs and not trying to upsell us for commission! Competitive pricing too! I walked in at around 3 pm, and was loaded and out of there in 30 minutes!! Awesome experience! Will be returning in the future for guaranteed!!! The GE range and microwave oven ARE AWESOME! Had a wonderful Thanksgiving meal with family and close friends. Thank you Hamai Appliance!!
I have purchased from Hamai several times over the years because they have hard-to-find appliance sizes and specifications and in stock availability. It has been a positive experience every time. Hamai is the best!
Their repairman left without fixing our dishwasher. Trying to schedule another fix has been a nightmare. We’ve been waiting for almost two weeks to get this fixed. The service support team was rude and unhelpful.

I would like to say that everything here was great, but we purchased a whole kitchen full of GE Cafe’ Series appliances and the dishwasher has never worked properly.
I bought the extended warranty so Hamai has been good to continue to replace part after part but nothing has fixed it.
It has been 3+ years, so I tried to call the owner, but he hasn’t returned my call in the 2 weeks since I called him.
I have suggested to the service coordinator that perhaps it is time for them to talk to GE about a replacement since it has NEVER WORKED.
She was nice but believed the extended warranty would keep covering part replacement only.
I am a pediatric dentist (retired). I ran my own business/practice and ignoring someone with a problem is not a good solution. However, the owner has decided not to help me get in touch with GE. Not sure why bc HE WON’T RETURN MY CALL!
The dishwasher is a lemon. I bought from Hamai because of their reputation for good service. Their service department keeps diligently coming out and replacing parts which is great, but for over 3 years has not solved my problem with this dishwasher.
Apparently the Owner’s name is Bryant.
In fairness, except for this glaring problem that is really on GE, Hamai has been pretty attentive. I wish I could give 5 stars but at this point and after 3+ years I can’t.
If they contact me and help resolve this with GE I will amend this review.
I am hoping that the owner, Bryant, has been on vacation and will call me this week!
(This is the dishwasher. It is nice but doesn’t work, so the condo owners association has given me a “loaner” the doesn’t stop working in the middle.
Sadly, the loaner is WHITE and doesn’t match.
Guests have complained.)
