I really wanted to give a good review. I brought my computer in and was charged $125 for an assessment fee. A week later after calling I was told that it needs a new battery and that they would order it. A month and a half later after calling every week to see if I can get my computer back. It was finally ready. When I turned my computer on, it was making a strange noise. I was told that that’s normal. For a battery to be ordered and for it to be put in was $190 to not have my computer for a month and a half and then be overcharged felt insulting. I asked if they had Kama aina. They did not. I asked if there was a discount for how long I had to wait. The answer was no. I left angry, which is not easy for me to be.
