Scott was attentive to my concerns and he checked the combi-boiler thoroughly. He resolved the issue while I waited for the defective part to arrive. It was such a relief to finally have consistent heat and hot water running without the system shutting off intermittently. Scott also provided tips for maintenance and care of the combi-boiler to avoid future issues and to extend its longevity. Excellent customer service! We had a plumbing issue at 8:00pm and weren’t sure we’d be able to find anyone to come out that late. This was our first time using Haller and it was all around a great experience. The man who answered the phone was so friendly & helpful, I wish I would’ve gotten his name, he was the best customer service person I’ve ever spoken to! He answered all my questions & got us set up with a technician right away. Our technician Daniel S was also friendly & helpful, he was on another job but got to our house around 9pm and was able to fix us up quickly. He was thorough & knowledgeable. We had a serious back-up of our sewer line and used Haller Enterprise to evaluate the problem The technician, Moises Rodrigues, quickly identified a problem with the pipe that needed replacement All arrangements were being worked out efficiently, as the workplace progressed the need for more replacement was recommended and very efficiently carried out! The ability of the technician to identify the situation and the effort to finish the job in a good time frame is to be praised. The team off three worked together with great ease and knowledge and all my concerns were addressed. There is great documentation as well! Thank you!

We had Jason B. Come by to install 3 kitchen ceiling lights. He was very friendly and super nice to talk to. Lights look amazing. Install did not take very long. We also discussed another electric project needing to be done. Very knowledgeable. Thanks for the help!
