I recently hired Gulf Coast Foundation to work on my nearly 100-year-old home, which I’m remodeling from over 500 miles away. Because of the distance, clear and consistent communication was absolutely essential—and Ben exceeded every expectation. He kept me informed at every stage, explaining each step in detail and sharing photos throughout the entire project so I always knew exactly what was happening. The quality of the work was outstanding and completed on time, exactly as promised. Every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly, giving me complete confidence despite being so far away. I am so impressed with Benn’s knowledge, service, explanations, advice, integrity, and customer service. I thought I might have a foundation problem so I contacted Benn and he came out the next day. Looked over my situation and assured me I didn’t have a foundation problem but needed to add extensions on my downspouts so the water wouldn’t go underground near the house. And for all this advice etc the charge was ZERO! You can’t go wrong calling Benn. I will sleep better tonight.
