I took my 10th generation iPad to QuickFix to have the screen repaired. The price was reasonable, the service was fast, and the turnaround time was quick. The new screen is perfect—you would never know it was previously broken or replaced. The staff was incredibly kind and patient, answering what felt like a million questions from my kids about a PS5 we need to get fixed and other products in the store. When I apologized for them asking so many questions, they reassured me that it was no bother at all, which I really appreciated. The store itself is clean, and everyone there was professional. There was a small misunderstanding that needed clarification, and the manager personally reached out to make sure we had the correct information. Overall, it was a great experience. I will definitely be doing business with them again. They can have my business any day!
