MDH Foundation Repair

We recently had the pleasure of working with MDH Foundation Repair after discovering trapped moisture under our home (our house sits on 3’ piers). A friend had recently had their crawl space encapsulated and strongly recommended MDH after comparing multiple companies. Based on his experience—and our own interaction with Kyle during the quoting process—we felt confident choosing MDH, and we are so glad we did. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. I was home for two of the workdays, and the crew arrived on time, worked nonstop, and showed incredible professionalism. At the end of each day, they walked the yard to ensure nothing was left behind—it honestly looked like they had never even been there. Our project wasn’t easy. Space under the house is tight in many areas, and we also have louvers that required foam board installation before the crawl space could be encapsulated. Despite these challenges, the crew—Austin E., Alex B., Michael T., and Nolan J.—handled everything with impressive skill and teamwork. It was clear they’ve worked together before. Their work ethic, efficiency, and coordination were outstanding. Even the lighthearted banter between them showed how well they work together and how much pride they take in their jobs. They were productive, focused, and didn’t waste a minute. We also had great interactions with Jeff and Hannah, who were professional, courteous, and helpful. Truly, every person we dealt with at MDH treated our home as if it were their own. Although we’re sure we could have found a cheaper option, the quality, care, professionalism, and results we received from MDH made every bit of it worth it. Our project has been completed for about a week now, and the improvement in the air quality inside our home is already noticeable. We feel confident knowing our home is now protected from future moisture damage. To say our experience with MDH was outstanding is an understatement. This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Scheduling the assessment was easy, and Jody was even able to come a few days early. He worked with me and was very accommodating and understanding of our busy schedule. The gentlemen that called us to get scheduled was outstanding as well. They showed up when they said they would, did the work they said they would, and cleaned up afterwards. Project: crawl space encapsulation in Pensacola MDH is an exceptional company from the top down! I had a million questions about the pros and cons of encapsulating the crawl space of my 75 yo home. The owner and my project manager were both patient and knowledgeable, taking time and care to throughly answer all my questions. The on-site crew provided excellent communication throughout the job and kept the worksite clean and safe. There was a one month follow up to confirm everything was up to par and the job will be inspected annually. 10/10 recommend!
