Matt did and amazing job on our boat seats. The customer service was top notch with immediate response's, constant feedback and progress reports with pictures, and he finished the job in a timely manner as promised. The material used, feels and looks to be high quality. I would highly reccomend Jubilee for anyone looking to repair or replace boat seats.
Met with Matt about 5 weeks ago for a custom entrance cushion. He told us it would be done in 2 weeks. After 3 weeks, we went back to pick it up, it wasn't even started and didn't have the material. He mentioned he would order the material right away. My husband called him a week after, on a Tuesday to check in on the progress, he told my husband it would be done by that Friday. Tried reaching out on Friday, voicemail was full, couldn't talk to him and we weren't able to just go to the shop. We reached out again on Monday, he then said it wasn't done, too busy. He couldn't remember the name or where he had put our information. He then said, he'll look for the information and call us back. No call back. All this time waiting on our project that was not being done but letting us hanging there. Not very professional, he could have just let us know he was too busy to take on our little project, that would have been honest and very much appreciated. Just not a reliable business.
Wonderful customer service! I am from Illinois and my daughter took our convertible to school. It had unexpected issues with the top and he was such a great help. Amazing communication and a very reasonable price! I highly recommend this business to anyone! Matt was polite and amazing to work with. Thank you!
Matt did an awesome job on my boat upholstery!!! We couldn’t decide on colors and color scheme but he was very patient with us and took time to go through a lot of colors and options. He did exactly what he said he would do and when he said he would do it. He was always responsive. If you need upholstery work, Go See Matt!!!
Matt did a fantastic job on my boat seats. The quality of the material and workmanship was outstanding. This was a big job, and Matt delivered the finished product quickly at a reasonable price. He was also a great communicator calling us when necessary and worked with us to find the best options including color and style for our seats. Can’t wait to install them today!
