I filed a claim to repair my couch from some pet damage, which the sales lady and the claims adjustor said should be covered (and the policy states it would cover one time pet damage). I had not heard anything for more than 4 months on my claim, so I called and waited on hold for almost an hour (when I tried to look up status online, it couldn't find my claim). Turns out the claim was denied and they sent the response to a non-existent email address. I paid way too much money for such a "protection plan." I would like a formal apology and for the damage to be covered. There are so many poor reviews of your company that I would be surprised if you stay in business for much longer.
