Basement pros did a phenomenal job placing a French drain in my basement several months ago. With a normal rain my basement would flood, but I no longer have that fear! Todd and his team were amazing to work with. The team went above and beyond what was expected and cleaned up so well after each day. Highly recommend their services.

I called Basement Pros to fix two cracks in my foundation from the earthquake we had in ‘17. My basement finally took on water. So Todd came out and fixed both issues quickly, left zero mess behind, and charged a very reasonable price! I highly recommend them if you have any basement issues!

We called Basement Pros to evaluate our basement. When calling, Karen, who was very friendly, was helpful in scheduling a quick appointment. Todd kept us informed of the time of his arrival. When he arrived, Todd assessed our basement. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable about our issue. We appreciated his honesty when informing us that we did not need any remediation. We highly recommend this family owned business.

I'm a year late in giving a review, but these guys were amazing!! My wife & I purchased our home in 2022 and unfortunately we waived our inspection before buying. We hired a home inspector after purchasing and we found out our crawlspace had standing water and mold growing. We had a few companies come out & give us quotes, and decided to go with Basement Pros. Todd and his team we're very professional and got the job done in less time then they originally thought. Here's what Basement Pros did in our crawlspace.. -Mold remediation -French drain -Encapsulation -Installed New sump Pump (Recommended a dehumidifier from Lowe's that they instal...
