They did a fantastic job. The guys were so nice and very professional. They went above and beyond. We highly recommend them and would definitely use them again if ever needed. We interviewed 4 different companies and they were the best. Fred and Dan were so nice and helpful. We also did 6 inch gutters and leaf guards. We drove around to look at colors before hand and spoke to other customers.They were also very happy with them. We.love the shake on the front of the house now. It really differentiates it from all the other houses in the neighborhood. Our neighbors are very envious of our house now. It is so beautiful looking. We had water damage in our home and called Grennan Construction — truly the best decision we made. Dean, our sales rep, was fantastic. He helped us brainstorm and diagnose the issue and delivered a fair, thorough quote exactly when promised, which made comparing bids so much easier. Once we moved forward, Dan took over as project manager and everything ran like clockwork. We ended up doing a full exterior Hardie Board siding replacement + gutters + paint, and the crew was incredible — at one point eight workers on-site, all operating seamlessly. They worked from sunup to sundown, cleaned up our yard every night, and the finished product is beautiful. We were so happy with the exterior work that we hired Grennan again for the interior drywall and paint repairs from the water damage. Another flawless job. We’re relieved to have this project behind us, and couldn’t be happier with this company. Highly recommend!
