I purchased a home that the prior owner had this company install aluminum fascia and gutters and vinyl soffit. I have a copy of the original invoice. Unfortunately on every peak (8 on the house) many of the seams have paint peeling right down to bare metal. I've had numerous contractors come out to give me replacement quotes as it's a real eyesore. A number of the contractors say it must be defective fascia and also every one said they don't understand why they installed such short pieces(some are only 5' when most contractors install standard 10' lengths). This creates many more seams than necessary. I left message for them to call but no response. So BUYER BEWARE!

Father & Son definitely delivered. We had a small project of removing a couple of walls in our kitchen and no contractor wanted to do the work because it was too small a project, or wanted to charge an exorbitant amount for it. The team at F&S were not only professional, but reasonably priced. Mike, Mike, Mat as well as the rest of contractors were timely, professional, cleaned up, and overall, did an excellent job. They stand by their work, and their word. We will be using them again for future projects.

I contacted Father and Sons Construction for a home repair estimate. The experience was completely unprofessional. Mike Immo showed up without so much as a business card. The so-called “estimate” was a vague, sloppy text with no real detail, no breakdown of costs, no company address, no phone number, and no explanation of deposit terms. When I asked for basic information — like a real estimate and company credentials — I was told that would only be available “once I signed a contract.” No professional company operates like this. If you can’t provide transparency or professionalism before a job starts, I can’t imagine the headache of trusting you with a major project. Complete waste of time. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I requested a quote to combine 2 bedrooms and expand our bathroom in Auburn Hills. After waiting 2-3 weeks for the appointment, Jimmy called the day before and asked if he could reschedule so that he could attend a golf event, sure, fine, no problem. On Saturday 7-September, Jimmy showed up (15 min late), spent about 30 minutes measuring, and didn’t really converse with us about goals, budget, timeline, or how the F&S process would meet our needs. Here it is 3-October, and we have not heard back from Jimmy or anyone else from F&S. This is not going to work for us.
