Eddie with Michigan Basements came out yesterday and gave me an estimate I just could not refuse. The first guy I had out was Ayers basement systems. They wanted to charge me more than two times more for the same work. Michigan Basements just finished my Crawl Space today and I’m confident, they did a good job. It is warranted for life and passes on to the next owner. They were here for a couple hours and they’re gone already. I had a floor joist that was replaced by a carpenter 4 years ago. I thought he was helping me, but didn’t support it so the front of my house was sinking. That part of the house is right next to a large window. Now it m...
