So, If you are looking for exceptional quality, very fair pricing, excellent workmanship, superior customer service then consider this your sign to hire American Standard Roofing. 5 🌟 Star Award for the empathy shown towards me and my family. We hired a different roofing company last year and purchased all of the materials through them and had it delivered to my garage. Long story short, that did not end as planned, and I was left with a garage full of roofing materials and no one to do the installation. I saw ASR 5 homes down in my subdivision in Farmington Hills, and decided to go check out the crew. I called the number on the sign, and they sent a representative out within an hour (this was after 6:00 pm!) He was extremely kind, and ASR gave me an EXCELLENT Price to do the installation (only) and to finish the job that the other company no longer had the capacity to complete. When the crew arrived they were ALL SO AMAZING. My crew was led by 'Cash' and he gave me a level of peace in my mind that I never expected. He said that he treats every job like it's his own home, and that they would never do anything less than exceptional for the families they serve. The crew did a full tear off, replaced several sheets of plywood, and installed my new roof in less than 12 hours - the other company estimated a 3-4 day installation. He assured me that they were VERY good at what they did. My Salesman Zach was equally amazing and the Project Manager, Jessica, also made me feel seen, heard, and it was obvious that they ALL at ASR really appreciated my business. Now, I have an AMAZING installation, a 10-Year Labor Warranty, no more Mold in my Attic (which concerned me with a new born and other young kids). But most impressively is that I now have peace of mind and can rest assured knowing that my roof is ready for Michigans unpredictable weather and I am extremely - extremely - extremely THANKFUL and GRATEFUL to this company and the awesome staff. Do NOT waste your money on any other company. Hire them, and thank me later. OH YEAH, The clean-up was perfect. I will refer them to everyone I know, and will only use them for any future roof work.
