Green Valley Shoe Repair

A few months ago, I brought my expensive Balenciaga bag here for repair and specifically asked them to handle it carefully because it is a high-value item. The repair work itself was done very well I was actually impressed with the quality of the work. However, when I received the bag back, I immediately noticed that it had been handled and stored carelessly. Because it was apparently stored improperly for about 2–3 weeks, the leather developed creases that are still visible even three months later and have not gone away. For that reason, I cannot recommend this place if you have an expensive item. The service and repair itself were done very well, but if you have a high-value piece, this may not be the right place to bring it. It seems that all items here are handled the same way, regardless of whether they cost $5 or $5,000.

I had a great experience here. I brought three pairs of shoes in and he said one was beyond fixing and another wouldn't be worth it. He could have taken my money and done the minimum, but he was honest. He did take one pair of prada sneakers that needed to be resoled and cleaned and they came out like new, absolutely gorgeous. He extended the life of these shoes by YEARS and I'm so grateful. Total gem, and I'll be back. Thank you!

I wish I would have taken a before picture! My “at the time” 7 month old Pitbull puppy turned my expensive Harley Davis riding boots into his chew toy. I thought they could never be fixed because he shredded them so badly. Not only were they reasonably priced for the fix, they look better than they did when they were brand new. He adjusted the gray to black like I had requested. I highly recommend them, they’re right on rainbow and I will be bringing them more of my business.
