First off customer service was great. Called and got an appointment same day. They came out quick and was fine going through my situation of not being home, neighbor helped me out. They explained everything clearly to the point. They figured out the problem quick and fixed it within two hours. Did mention to them I had someone else look before they came out. Left the area of entry clean and respected the property. The reason I am giving four stars is the diagnostic fee. I was a little disappointed that I had to pay this after going through with the repair. Wanted to use a different choice but due to the system being under a manufacture warranty I had limited options and couldn’t wait another day for a different company to come out. All other companies did mention they would not charge the diagnostic fee if I went through with the repair. System works great, like it never was broken. Was just the motor for the blower.

08 April 2025 Technician Reid - Tankless water heater flush. 45 Min total time. Technician Jeff - Two HVAC systems and filter replacement bi-annual service. Great, polite, and extremely professional. August 2018 A/C Technician Mike and Kurt! Took their time to hear out our families concern. They serviced our compressor, air handler, control module, and thermostats in-house and found a bad thermostat and replaced under warranty in 24 hrs. The air handler unit in the attic space was checked. It was a new build home 2018. Found that builder did something wrong and corrected the issues. Well equipped and extremely knowledgeable!
