I cannot say enough about this business! I sent my Chanel handbag to them for fixing and was amazed by the time it took after I shipped it to the time they had it fixed and ready to ship back! Very efficient, communicative and trustworthy company! I will be definitely using them in the future!!

Wow. I have lived in several states in the US AND HAVE BEEN to handbag and shoe repairs in all of them and THIS is the best priced and best work I’ve ever had. The work was done beautifully, fast and for a reasonable price. ASK FOR WALDO for your designer bags, he molded replicas of my damaged clasps and you’d never know it ever broke. My bag looks better than new. AND they’re very nice people here.
