Our oven stopped working so we called Gowen's Appliance Repair and Andrew was sent the next day. He was very professional, friendly and got the job done in a timely fashion in replacing the oven igniter which had stopped working. He even helped me in finding the stovetop knobs I needed to replace. Gowen's has helped us in the past with great results and I will definitely be calling them again whenever I need their help. We had a stove that was not preheating. Andrew came out as scheduled, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had a repair part with him. The entire process took less than a hour. Services were very reasonably priced too.
Timely communications about the appointment. The technician, Andrew, was very informative and straightforward. Also, he had the added difficulty of a very confined space to work with. So overall we were very pleased and appreciate his expertise and feedback.
