I brought in my MacBook with a broken screen and the team at CNA Computers was fantastic. They diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and had it fixed within just 4 days. Super helpful, professional, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend going to CNA Computers for any technical issues or repair needs. Angelo was very responsive and communicative with me when I dropped off my old computer to be swapped out for a new one. He worked swiftly and was able to set up my new computer within a matter of hours. He was readily available to provide remote support the next day, which was greatly appreciated and made for an easy transition.
Awesome service. I'm a business owner and have zero time to research computer parts. I told these guys that I need a max performance computer for high end processing. They set me up with what I needed and the computer rocks. They have my trust and will not use anybody else.
Sent in a working laptop that needed missing keys replaced, got back a non working laptop in pieces. It seems the laptop needed the entire keyboard and palm rest replaced, and this company recycled/threw out the working keyboard and palm rest before fully fixing it. Two vendors, two parts, neither worked. When I explained to the company that I was struggling with having sent in a working laptop and was being charged to receive a broken laptop I was told I could buy one of their gaming laptops, with no discount offered.
Honestly? Felt like a scam. There was zero acknowledgment that the job went wrong, there was no accountability, no apology, no explanation why a common, 3 year old Dell gaming laptop part wasn't used. Just kept getting delay after delay. I just wanted my working laptop back with the missing keys so I could send it into Dell. Instead, they broke my property and tried repeatedly to get me to buy one of theirs.
Either incompetence or a little hustle to force people to spend more money. This, by the way, is the second time we tried to get a Dell laptop fixed and they messed up the first one too. We ended up sending that one to Dell who fixed it simply for less.
Never again.
I brought my computer to this shop after it completely shut down and wouldn’t power back on. I explained that I urgently needed it fixed because I had school finals coming up. The staff assured me they’d diagnose the issue and call me by Friday with an update. I appreciated that but from that point on, everything went downhill.
When they called to tell me my computer was “ready for pickup,” they still hadn’t checked the main issue I specifically pointed out - the burnt power connection where the cord plugs in. When I asked about it, they admitted they “didn’t take the plastic all the way off.” Despite this incomplete diagnostic, I was charged $250 for simply unplugging and plugging back in the CMOS battery. No proper inspection or real repair was done.
After I insisted they take a closer look, I eventually received a call from Angelo, who told me the computer needed to stay longer because they had now found the real problem - there was a power issue inside the computer, and the cables were scorched. This was exactly the issue I had originally mentioned to them. After that call, I spoke with Colin, who was temporarily working there that day, and he kindly told me that I could stop by to retrieve an important school file. That file was crucial for my finals, and I greatly appreciated his understanding and professionalism.
When I went to the shop, I noticed visible damage to my mouse pad that wasn’t there before. The employee, told me it would look fine once reassembled, so I decided to wait and see. A few days later, I received a call that my computer was ready. When I went to pick it up, I found several issues: my keyboard was uneven, the laptop casing was crooked, and the computer didn’t close properly. It was very clear that it had been reassembled incorrectly. Even Peter confirmed that the casing and screws had to be adjusted because it wasn’t put together right.
While I was there, Pete called Angelo so I can discuss the situation - and that’s when everything became unacceptable. He immediately gave me attitude, spoke to me in a rude and condescending tone, and wouldn’t let me explain my concerns. Every time I tried to speak, he cut me off, talked over me, and raised his voice, completely dismissing what I was saying.
It was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, and as a woman, I found it completely unacceptable to be spoken to and yelled at in such a degrading manner, as if I were a nobody. No customer - especially a young woman trying to communicate respectfully - should ever be treated that way by a business owner!!!!!!
Even after his own employee confirmed the poor assembly, Angelo refused to take accountability and instead tried to blame me for the physical issues, suggesting the computer came in that way - which is absolutely false. Only after being confronted with proof from his employee did he mutter “my bad,” without any apology or professionalism. He later offered to “replace” the damaged mouse pad with a cheap, second-hand part from China, which says everything about the shop’s quality standards.
I paid over $300 for an incomplete repair, received my computer back in worse physical condition, and was treated with complete disrespect when I tried to resolve the issue. While Peter and Colin were polite and tried to help, Angelo’s behavior as a manager was absolutely unacceptable!!!!!!!!!
Between the poor diagnostic process, visible damage, and rude, disrespectful management, I strongly recommend avoiding this shop. They overcharge, fail to perform proper repairs, and treat customers - especially women - with zero respect. This was by far one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had!!!!!!!!
(As far as the photos, I went home with the one side of my computer keyboard looking like this an all the corners are not in properly. Peter tried to fix the plastic cover and readjust it, which I’m very grateful for)
