Old School Heating & Cooling LLC

I contacted Old School Heating & Cooling LLC during a heating emergency to inquire about service, only to be told that they do not service the City of Wilmington, DE. No explanation was provided. The person I spoke with was polite, which I appreciate, but unfortunately that alone doesn’t make up for the experience. As a business operating out of New Castle County, it’s frustrating and frankly confusing that service is limited to certain areas of the county, especially one as central as Wilmington. If there are geographic limitations, that information should be clearly stated on the company’s website so customers aren’t wasting time calling during emergencies. Finding this out only after reaching out was disappointing and unnecessary. Overall, the lack of transparency made this a frustrating experience, particularly given the urgency of the situation.

Jason was such a great help for me. I came back from a trip out of town and unexpectedly had an issue with my heating. I called first thing on Sunday, and Jason was out within the hour. He checked in on each and every detail of my heating system before determining the issue, which was twofold. He talked me through setting up my new thermostat system and even stayed after for another ten minutes or so to make sure that everything was working appropriately. Thank you for putting my mind at ease!
