Gorjanc has always responded quickly and fully, as they did today when our tankless water heater didn’t deliver hot water. Their communications system is thorough and proactive and accurate, and techs are always courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. We have used their maintenance contracts for all equipment we’ve purchased from them.
Gregory is my go to guy! He is always professional and so kind, and very personable. He does an excellent job even with the cleanup! Thank you Gregory and Zachary for the excellent service. Scott and Levi showed up on time to do the work to replace old and inefficient plumbing shutoff valves and an outdoor faucet. They worked expertly and Scott installed the shutoff valves and pipes in a more efficient setup than what was there previously. I am very satisfied with the job they both did.
Mike Soeder came out first and explained the benefits of working with Gorjanc Home Services and the quality and pricing for an American Standard heating system. Dustin and Nathan did the install. The next day I had a question about programming the thermostat and Lamar came over right away. All four gentleman were knowledgeable, professional and very courteous. We could not be more pleased.
Noah was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the installation of our new furnace and air conditioner! He explained things in a way that I could understand. The workmanship was incredible and exceeded my expectations. Overall a great experience with Noah and Gorjanc!!!
