We had a new AC/Furnace installed. They were communicative, well priced and very helpful in deciding what would be the best option for us. They were friendly and got the work done efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely be using them again in the future!
Best price in Cleveland! They say you can't have good, fast, and cheap but Collins delivered on all three. Better work than I've had from companies thousands of dollars more.
Steve and his coworker did an excellent job replacing our furnace and AC unit. It only took half a day, they were fast, efficient, polite and left no mess. I would definitely hire them again in the future.
Excellent. I appreciate the honesty, speed, and cleanliness of the crew. I was looking to replace an ~40 year old system after a tune up technician warned me of a flame roll out on startup of my old unit. The initial company wouldn't quote me for a new unit as they weren't permitted in my area. I had another company come out and quote me about 50% higher than Collins Cooling & Heating for a furnace replacement and install with their lowest end 80% system. Steve was able to set me up with a furnace, chimney liner, and new air conditioner for not much more than the first company was charging for a furnace alone. His whole crew was knowledgeable, and courteous. Lewis was helpful in explaining everything I needed to know about the new system. I would highly recommend Collin Cooling & Heating to anyone looking for a new system, especially with their upfront fair pricing.
