I contacted Wilson Plumbing & Heating to service my 16 year old 40 gallon gas water heater. Met with Jason Beatty, Service Technician, who knowledge and expertise was evident when discussing the options to service my water heater. I decided it was best to replace the water tank and requested that Jason personally be the one to complete the job. He honored my request and came next day with fellow technicians Jimmy Dillon and Isiah Pittser who were equally knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Called today at 9am about my furnace, it was looked at by 12 & fixed by 230pm!!! Absolutely great service, Brian Hughes is amazing!

We had a great group of guys come to give us a quote and install some outlets on our mantle. Travis was personable, very professional and determined to get our job done the way we discussed. He was even able to get us to subscribe to the Wilson plan! Andrew came to install after Travis quoted us for the job and he asked questions, talked me through what he was doing and tried to complete the job, but ultimately couldn’t because they were missing some supplies. Just had Wilson Plumbing and Heating come in and install a new high energy furnace. Greg and Jim did an excellent job with install and went above and beyond to tweak a number of other issues on a separate furnace. Install was excellent, great clean up, and super attitude by these 2 installers. No surprises, they delivered exactly what they sold me. Highly recommend
