AC Electric was fantastic to work with from start to finish. They handled both a major meter-wiring issue that needed immediate attention and a handful of smaller repairs and installations around the house. Every person I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly focused on great customer service. After reaching out to several other electricians who were either overpriced or tried to upsell unnecessary work, AC Electric was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend them for any electrical job, big or small!

Due to my wife’s serious health problems, she now needs 14 hour TPN I.V. infusions at home every night, necessitating refrigeration of her I.V. nutrition medication bags and vials of vitamins and ensuring that her I.V. Infusion pump can be recharged daily after use. I became concerned about extended power outages after what northeast Ohio experienced in the summer of 2024. So, I purchased a 7000 watt portable inverter generator to have available should that need arise again, but needed to have a 30amp inlet box professionally wired into my main electric service panel to make it easier for me to use. I also needed to have an interlock installed onto the electric panel to avoid a dangerous “back feed” of electricity if the main breaker was ever neglected to be tripped manually before sending power from the generator to the panel. So, I did my due diligence and got several quotes for the job. A/C Electric provided a quote that was one third the amount quoted by other professional contractors. From the prompt, professional and polite estimate by William Dominguez on 10/01, to the equally professional install done by the electrician Todd on 10/23, I was struck by the overall efficient way they approached this smaller job. I received a text message on the day of the install to alert me that my technician was enroute and provided an estimated time of arrival and a link to follow his travels. Todd arrived in a very professionally detailed company van that was well equipped as well as having a distinctly marked detail sign and logo package. Todd came prepared and on time on the day of the pre-arranged appointment, and began by introducing himself with his company business cards in-hand and clean and pressed uniform short with his name printed over his breast pocket. He discussed what he was going to do, explained the safety of operating the portable generator properly. The install took about an hour, and afterward, Todd gave me a tutorial/demonstration on how to safely connect the portable generator to the inlet box and how to manipulate the interlock mechanism. He even gave me advice on the safest distance and location to place the generator when operating, to prevent accidental CO2 poisoning from the exhaust. All-in-all, this was the best experience for me, and I highly recommend A/CElectric for any of your electrical jobs both large or small! They are dependable, professional, and VERY fairly priced!!!
