Due to my wife’s serious health problems, she now needs 14 hour TPN I.V. infusions at home every night, necessitating refrigeration of her I.V. nutrition medication bags and vials of vitamins and ensuring that her I.V. Infusion pump can be recharged daily after use. I became concerned about extended power outages after what northeast Ohio experienced in the summer of 2024.
