I purchased a necklace for my daughter and a gold cross pendant for Christmas. I had to take the necklace and have it repaired 2 weeks ago . The young man who I dealt with kept the pendant said he would make a note of it. I went to pick the necklace up a week later ( no pendant). When I asked about the pendant a different man said he would check the cameras to see. Now all of a sudden not returning phone calls or nothing. I will never spend another penny with this store. Unprofessional and bad business.
